  7. DB Archive is a module for the Solomon III accounting series which archives
  8. detail and prints historical reports for General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
  9. Accounts Receivable, Sales Analysis and Inventory. DB Archive is designed to
  10. provide continuous access to transaction detail that is purged by month-end
  11. closing procedures in Solomon III. The detail transactions are stored by module
  12. within an external database. You may access the information through printed
  13. reports, on-screen reports, or a selective browse of the database. DB Archive
  14. has many features, including allowing you to 1) maintain multiple years of G/C
  15. detail, 2) print a cash receipt register in A/R for any date range, 3) analyze
  16. customer history, 4) list all inventory transactions on a given part number
  17. over any selected period, and 5) print a series of gross profit reports by
  18. salesman IO.
